Die-line pricing
We price from your own blank: we measure it and lay it out on a 70×100 sheet the way a print shop does, then cost paper, printing, lamination and die-cutting for each quantity. If your die-line matches the shape and size of a box in our store, you get its approved price.
Standard shapes (clamshell · product box · drawer · lid and base · burger · meal · perfume) need no cutting die; a custom shape adds a one-time cutting die of 350 SAR.
We also check your file for free before printing: a closed cut line, 3 mm bleed past the cut, text clear of creases and edges, image resolution, CMYK colours and embedded fonts.
Example: a 15×15×8 clamshell box fits 3 per sheet, at 1.65 SAR per piece for 1,000 before VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Which files do you accept?
PDF, AI (saved PDF-compatible), SVG and DXF up to 60 MB. Export EPS files as PDF first.
How do you tell cut lines from creases?
From the spot colour name (CutContour, Die or Crease) or the layer name, and dashed lines are creases. If every line is the same colour, we read them by shape: the outer edge is cut and the inner lines are creases.
Is the price final?
It's an instant price before VAT from your blank and the number per sheet, confirmed with the proof before printing. You pay after you approve the proof.
Do I pay for a cutting die?
Standard shapes don't need one. A custom shape has a one-time cutting die of 350 SAR.
Do you check my file before printing?
Yes, a free check comes with the price: bleed, text near creases, image resolution, colours and fonts.
